Have fun and learn with the hexapod robot
This is an open source hexapod spider robot that allows anyone to build their own walking robot with no prior knowledge in robotics. It was designed by Adeept to help both beginners and more advanced robot enthusiasts enter the exciting world of robotics, it comes with a remote control included so you don’t need your smartphone or PC to use it. The robot kit includes everything you need to assemble and start having fun with your own hexapod robot!
Intuitive development
We developed a Python-based human-computer interaction graphical user interface and an Android application for this robot, so you can quickly learn how to use it. The robot and the app are linked via WiFi. You can also control the robot through the APP.
Easy to assemble
A PDF manual with illustrations is available, which will teach you how to build your hexapod robot step by step. You will be able to assemble the structure (the high quality acrylic body), the fasteners that make up the robot body and the customized printed circuit board with the pre-programmed controller.
